I went to Rock N’ Potato on a Saturday night around 7:00 p.m. It’s on the strip, so you must park in a garage and walk over. Rock N’ Potato is in a bustling food court with several restaurants I had never heard of and would try in the future. The male cashier who took my order was friendly and gave me the rundown on the various options. I was concerned about eating lobster that I would have to pick apart because I didn't want to get any food or lobster juice on my dapper outfit, cracking shells. The cashier told me they removed the meat from lobster, so I went with the Mac Maddy because it's the most popular dish, and I am a Mack Daddy, so it’s only right. The Mac Daddy consists of a large potato stuffed with macaroni and cheese, a partially deshelled lobster on top, and a cup of melted butter. I love lobster and macaroni and cheese, so my taste buds immediately approved of the Mac Daddy. The Mac Daddy is 40.00, but you should be full after eating it. They have lower-cost options, too, that come with a smaller potato. A female cashier named Birdy was also pleasant and came around to check on me and ensure I enjoyed my food. I would return, and I had a five-star experience and food!

Rock N Potato on the Vegas Strip is an absolute hidden gem! I can't believe how many years we've been coming to Vegas and never tried this place before. That ends now, because WOW. I ordered the MacDaddy (lobster mac & cheese on a loaded baked potato), but when they weren't totally happy with how mine came out, they surprised me with an upgrade to the Sugar Daddy, which meant TWO juicy, buttery lobster tails instead of one! Talk about customer service! The flavor? Insane. Rich, creamy, cheesy goodness layered with perfectly seasoned lobster. And don't even get me started on the Birria, so tender and flavorful, it basically melted in my mouth. Exceptional service and incredible food. This spot is officially a must-visit every time in Vegas!
